Shipping and Return Information
SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders for in stock items will usually ship within 5 business days from receipt of order. Orders ship out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Our shipping charges are based on current UPS rates which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. The default shipping selection is UPS Ground. We also offer 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air. Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the products you select and the shipping address.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently unable to offer shipping outside the United States.
RETURN POLICY
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Prior to returning product, you must e-mail returns@beDIGNIFIED.com. You will receive authorization for the return via an e-mail response. You may also call (480) 220-7090.
All claims for credit, shortages and/or defects must be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
CUSTOMER RETURNS:
The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled or the merchandise is defective.

REFUND FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Indicate either refund or exchange within the returned package.
The internal paperwork for credit/exchange is normally completed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
